Kristin is a highly organized professional serving as the Transaction Manager at Taniguchi & Associates. Kristin was born and raised on the island of Oahu and is a graduate of Kamehameha Schools. With an early introduction to the real estate industry, she gained invaluable experience assisting her mother in her real estate appraisal business. 

Kristin’s interest in real estate grew during her tenure handling real estate loans at one of Hawaii’s largest credit unions. From there she further honed her real estate experience while working as an Executive Associate for a large real estate team before starting her own venture as a Real Estate Transaction Manager. She has since developed a strong passion for the field. 

With a keen eye for detail, a commitment to timeliness, and a dedication to providing exceptional client service while forming lasting connections, Kristin ensures that every transaction is seamless and efficient. Outside of her professional life, Kristin enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family.
